Tallow Magnesium Lotion

I originally created this lotion to help relieve arthritis pain in my ankle. After a lot of reasearch and trial and error I created a lotion I love that helps aliveate my pain. It glides on smooth and doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy. I don't use any chemicals or artifical colors in my lotion. If you are like me, you want to know what you're putting on your skin. My family also uses this lotion at night for deeper more restful sleep. Others have used this lotion for restless leg syndrom, carple tunnel pain, and as a way to get better magnesium intake. 

To use: apply small amount to skin where needed. At night, apply to bottoms of feet about 30 minutes before bedtime.
